Our Return Promise

We offer 15-day returns from the date you receive your gear. All items must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we’ll process your return or exchange as quickly as we’d service our own bikes.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

  • Eyewear (opened packages)
  • Filters (Air & Fuel category)
  • Base & Mid Layers (if tags removed)
  • Custom or special order items

How to Return or Exchange

Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange

Step 2: Receive Your RMA Number

Our team will respond within 24 hours with:

  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Return shipping instructions
  • Prepaid return label (for defective items only)

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Securely pack your items with all original packaging and tags. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. Ship to:

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once received, we’ll inspect your items and process within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive email confirmation when complete.

Refund Information

Refund Methods

Refunds are issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Deductions

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping costs for the replacement item.

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Specify the replacement item in your request
  3. We’ll ship your new item once the return is received

Expedited shipping is available for exchanges at additional cost.

International Returns

For riders outside the U.S.:

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs
  • Customs fees/duties are non-refundable
  • Use a trackable shipping method

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or wrong product, contact us immediately. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement.
