Shipping Information

Order Processing Time

We get your gear ready to ride in 1-2 business days after receiving your order. During peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll keep you updated.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping – Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations.

International Shipping

For our global riders:

  • You may be responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes
  • Please check your country’s import regulations before ordering
  • We recommend choosing trackable shipping methods

Returns & Exchanges

We stand by our products like you stand by your bike. Our hassle-free return policy gives you 15 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange items.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, these items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Eyewear with opened packages
  • Filters (from Air & Fuel category)
  • Base & Mid Layers with removed tags
  • Custom or special order items

Return Process

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:

  1. Initiate Your Return/Exchange
    Email our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:
    • Subject line: “Return/Exchange Request: Order #[Your Order Number]”
    • Product names and SKUs (if available)
    • Reason for return/exchange
    • Your preferred resolution (refund or exchange details)
  2. Receive Your RMA Number
    We’ll respond within 24 hours with:
    • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
    • Return shipping instructions
    • Prepaid return label (for defective items only)
  3. Package and Ship Your Return
    Securely pack items with all original packaging and tags. Include a copy of your order confirmation and ship to:

  4. Processing Your Return
    Once received, we’ll inspect your items and process within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive email confirmation when complete.

Refund Information

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping costs for the replacement item.

Exchange Process

For exchanges, follow the same return process above and specify your replacement item. We’ll ship your new item once the return is received. Expedited shipping is available for exchanges at additional cost.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or wrong product, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement.

International Returns

For riders outside the U.S.:

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs
  • Customs fees/duties are non-refundable
  • Always use a trackable shipping method
